No Improvement
In all fairness, I’ll only been using ‘this for three weeks but so far I see no improvement over using turmeric curcumin. In fact, I actually have a little more knee pain using Flexacil. Maybe it needs more time to get into my system but at this point, I cannot recommend it.

Aid to Antenna
With the quality of HD antennas, I dropped my cable company, got an HD antenna and get super quality pictures but not as many channels. The AppleTV provides what I was missing--great addition.

Entertaining with action and comedy
Entertaining with great actors but it’s hard to make any sequel (in my option) top rated.
