I took this for a week. My skin is vibrating and my nails grows so fast! Thank you!!!
It’s was very easy to take since it’s taste like gummy candy. I took it with foods and lot of water. I recommended and try it out. If it’s not working then next time don’t take it. But try out first and see for yourself !!!

I thought this was not good but I tried it over the colors pencils and it's so white and I love it!
In the beginning I thought it's wasn't good. But today I tried it on my colours pencils and it's works so beautiful.
