Not perfect, but this handle does the job.
When I searched the 'net for such handles, I found surprisingly few alternatives. I had hoped to find a leather or soft plastic handle that terminated in snap fasteners, but I found no such product available. This hard plastic handle does the job, though it does have one annoying characteristic: The distance between the pivot points and the surface to which the handle is attached is slightly too small so that the handle does not always rotate smoothly.
