Very tight fit - Waterproof barrier is vulnerable - Clammy fleece lining - But Warm & Comfy
1 of 1 found this helpful These gloves run small. For questions about how they fit, check directly on the manufacturer's website for their fit recommendations. They look very tough, with their reinforced palm and fingers, and they are great for doing shovel work in cold, wet weather. But, the thin waterproof membrane is vulnerable to a single thorn from a rose bush or a single sharp sliver from firewood you're handling. These gloves won't remain waterproof for long if you're handling any kind of sharp objects.
The interior fleece lining is very comfortable when you first put these dry gloves on your dry hands. But, after you've worked in them for a while, you'll generate some perspiration. And then, taking them off to dial your phone makes putting them back on again problematic. Damp fleece isn't very slippery. Still, these are my first choice for shoveling snow or putting on tire chains.

I'd give it 4-3/4 stars if I could
because after many months of operation, it gums up and doesn't spring open as it should when you're done dispensing filtered water. You have to switch between filtered or not manually. Since it can't be disassembled for cleaning, I bought a new one to regain its automatic function. But, well worth the investment for a device that filters just the water you're going to drink. This is tops for a faucet system. Wash your hands under unfiltered water, then pull the button to fill a glass of filtered to drink. Cartridges are readily available and easy to change. It comes with adapters to fit most faucet threads and is very easy to install.
