Works great with a little help.
Well once you take care of the overheating problem it works very well. Gigabyte is normally one of the cheapest cards you can get for good reason. They routinly suffer from cooling issues, and their performance can lag behind equivalent cards made by different venders like EVGA.
This can mean either returning the card or replacing their cheap heat pads with better ones. Mine were literally cooked to the heat sink surface. Looked like it boiled the oil out of the pads. I replaced the pads with quality pads and the card works great now.
Unfortunately these cards cost a fortune and you don't get a discount for fixing their shortcomings.
