Toto is what you want.
Toto is the go-to brand for "Washlet"/bidet and C100 has all the important basic features. This model lacks the wall-mount remote which is nice and maybe important to some people. Also if adding to a Toto toilet, the color and fit will be a perfect match.

Good for basic diagnostics
Nicely made, simple to use, and inexpensive. Takes care of all basic needs, but lacks some advanced functions like ABS, troubleshooting, monitoring, etc. Should be fine for most home mechanics. Pro's will want a better tool.
