Informative and beautifully illustrated
I bought my first Hmong story cloths from a Hmong refugee in the early 1990'. She told me the story of her family's flight during the war which she had carefully told through embroidery. Later I purchased other story cloths always appreciating the time-consuming work and the cultural motifs. This book is a treasure as it tells about the people, the stories and the richness of the story cloths. A definitive must for anyone interested in learning about these treasures. As the Hmong women have become part of American society adapting to new jobs fewer and fewer of these cloths are being made. They are time-consuming and take patience and skill. Thank you to the author for her excellent research, writing and photographs.

Hearts to treasure
These wooden heart buttons are a treasure for the creative person. I have used them in so many ways and can think of so many more uses for them. The buttons are well made and a perfect size for projects.

Wear don't carry your flip hone
This is perfect to keep my slip phone with me without having to hand carry it.. It is just what I was looking for. There needs to be a similar design for smart phones . Well made and good price, prompt shipping and well packaged.
