Linksys CM100 Cable Modem (Refurbished)

The modem works great! What concerns me is that this product and other like products are refurbished with no technical support from the manufacturer. Many of these products are NOT label as refurbished nor in the description does it state that their is NO tech support from the manufacturer. Again it is always the buyer beware -- but the product does work great at less than the retail cost.
