All in one spa treatment
Easy to use once a week. A little pricey but takes the place of many separate chemicals. Very convenient product.

Rust prevention
Here in the salt laden Northeast Fluid Film is a savior. We spray the undercarriage of anything that's going over the road in the winter. If you do it yearly there is literally no rust. Lasts all winter, no toxic fumes, smells pretty good, works awesome. Keep your expensive investments rust free. Great stuff.

Simple solution to a big problem
Used the zerk cleaner on a severely neglected man lift. Cleared all blocked fittings perfectly. Some needed 2 or 3 charges of light oil they were so clogged. It's a little hard to hold onto once it gets oily but we just wrapped it in a rag. Worth the price for sure. Tackling a 70 year old tractor next.
