Well thought out design

I have used several of these and observed coworkers using theirs. What I like about this one is the area the light covers, where you are working at arms length, is well lit up, but if you look up at 40 or 50 feet it still gives sufficient light. The tilt adjustment locks in place very securely. The on/off motion sensor is a little more sensitive than I would prefer but it works and I am getting more used to it. I am considering buying some as gifts.
