Had to have it
I have a large slide on my fifth wheel and the AE/Dometic topper was bending up against the slide at the top. Installed this and all is well now. This should have been installed from the factory. Easy to install, with just four screws. I had mine re-enforced with additional aluminum to take the load of my 16 foot long topper, and spread out the weight. Does exactly what you would think it should do, that is supports the center of the slide topper.

Great!
First e bike. Tried one at a friends, and had to have one. Great unit so far. Had it only 2 weeks have about 100 miles on it. Tons of fun so far. Had some derailer alignment issues at first, but figured it our okay. Only draw back is the weight, but no big deal when riding. Lifting on to the rack is a bummer, but doable.
