Good to relieve moderate menstrual pain
1 of 1 found this helpful I am some who gets unbelievably painful cramps & it has helped me somewhat but it doesn’t completely take away the pain. I think it will definitely work for those who have mild cramps. The device is very easy to use and very practical.
