A must-own in your Narnia collection, truly magical and moving !
After the disappointment of 'Caspian' (the whole love story angle was unnessecary), I was a bit leery to see the depiction of CS Lewis 5th Narnia book in film form. Yet, once I saw it, I was pleasantly surprised. The actor playing Eustace was PERFECT. You even feel sympathy toward him as he transforms as a human being.
Possibly the best Narnia film other than the very first one, this film begins to take a darker tone, which is consistent with the books themselves. I'm glad that the producers decided to remain true to the characters and the story this time.

Entertaining, Uplifting and Fascinating
3 of 3 found this helpful This film is a must-have for those who are fans of Cole Porter. It is not only eye-opening but a poignant portrayal of Porter's life, particularly for the time period as well. Opens one's mind to the history of the time period as well as the mind-set of those people. Filled to the brim with glorious Porter favorites, and ends on a high note as well as an uplifiting message to remind us, life doesn't end at death, it begins.

A MUST for Pixies fans...
From their first true hits to the more recognized hits that you can sing along with, a tremendous punk CD that brings memories flooding back from music long since forgotten. Easily four-stars, MUST OWN for Pixies fans.
