Got what i payed for
3 of 7 found this helpful Very great procccesor and i can say that its worth the money if you got it..
I tested it on games and i can tell you this right now that anyone saying that this processor wont do any good on single threaded performance doesnt know what there talking about hands down it completely demolished certain benchmarks i ran on certain games and i compared it to a 6700k along with a 7700k..
The 7700k did beat out the 6950x in a couple game titles, but nothimg you would notice during gameplay l.. All im getting at it will hold its own on single threaded performance and low utilization core count on certain games..
So if your into games itd way more than enouph to satisfy your needs, but i can also say this that if you do alot of game streaming the newely released ryzen 1800x is the way to go kust my two cents
NOW for working use you cant go wrong with it extremely fast file encryption multitasking you name it it will do it extremely fast and most importanly without error and you will get your moneys worth out of it bottom line
In conclusion i would highly recomend this processor to anybody that has the money tp buy it
