Unit never worked

I bought this unit on ebay from mksubzero98 in Baton rouge, he claimed it was brand new, never used. It would not even turn on, he would not take it back. My advice to everyone is stay away from this dishonest creep. I filed a fraud claim today with paypal and capital one bank because I was sold a unit that not only did not work, hp told us the warranty had expired 18 months ago.
