Heats up hot when in Use
Heats up after only a little bit of use and I did not install the battery wrong!

Uncomfortable with the product
0 of 1 found this helpful The bowl was much wider than I thought. I was hoping that my Own 5 quart bowl with it’s copper insert would fit into it. Also The arms are such that I had a lot of difficulty in securing the wide Bowl that came with it into position. Consequently I had the feeling I was going to damage something by placing the bowl securely into the arms. Also when I raised The bowl up it didn’t seem particularly secure and it definitely didn’t seem as if it could hold a pose between the top and the bottom positions. My previous KitchenAid 5 quart mixer Lasted a good 35 to 40 years without a problem!
