Nikon D50
I bought this camera since we already owned one and my husband wanted one for himself. This is a great camera and really disappointed that Nikon has done away with this one to create an "improved" version. This camera does all that is needed for newbies and hobby photograpers. It gives you the freedom to choose to make your own settings or use the Auto version when you don't feel like playing around. I love having two of the same camera so we can use our different lenses on each and have it ready to go. Just used them on our trip to Alaska and the pics are wonderful !!!! Never disappointed !!

Had fun putting it together, but am thrilled with how well it works with the pull back action.
