treat ya self to a good shave
i found the penhaligans shop in chester and its become a somewhere to get those special gifts thats not run of the mil i bought my shaving kit from the shop which was in the wooden bowl and its not the cheapest compared to the supermarket stuff but boy oh boy does it last got well over a year out of it , well worth the extra money and you just need to get the refills like this after , it lathers really well and has great smell and you get great shave

good value
first time i used this type of balance i took my time in checking settings etc and it was spot on took care to set dots up on tyre with valves and this tool was spot on no wobble throughout speed range well impressed
