Durable, functional, good design, and a pleasure to use.
This is our third DeLonghi in 23 years. We use our toaster ovens almost as much as our stove top. We make grilled cheese sandwiches that are not grilled in it, my 11 year old son makes his own burritos and cooks them in the oven, we bake our pizzas in it. The LED screen is easy to see, and the buttons are easier to use than the previous edition. This model is a joy to use. As a toaster it does not work as quickly as a dedicated toaster, but I do not care. We make several different kinds of toast in it, and they turn out fine. As a toaster/oven, this is the best in our opinion. My wife likes it, I bought this same model and sent it to my son, who is in college, and he uses it everyday, and so do his apartment mates. My 11 year old cooks his food in it and doesn't even touch the stove. Over the decades, we have used many different brands and models. The other ones break quickly because we use our toaster ovens frequently. The DeLonghis hold up.

Best quality and value out there.
Bought these for my son after having the M20 for years. The M50 is superb. Sonic response is fab, and the S/N rocks. Makes music a pleasure to work with.
