great product it also acts as a natural antibiotic I've used this for after Lyme disease treatment or as a treatment this brand was one that made a difference in joint inflammation start off 1-3 a day and work your way up to as needed results add take probiotics one a day. no joke

Help at last for my best friend
after 5 days i seen the difference my 10 year old was running like a pup two a day for 2 weeks then down to one a day and every day. he's doing great i add a extra 1/2 a tab for a few days when he's getting up slower and because he's running hard to help rebuild without inflammation it works!
