Surprizing Dissappointing recipes
1 of 1 found this helpful I was really looking forward to reading this book and following the diet especially after I saw many of Dr. Gundry's videos.
In his videos he recommends not eating soy products, raw tomatoes because of the high lectin content in them, dairy, peanuts, red meat, bacon and other foods, however, in his book a lot of these foods are include his recipes. The book otherwise is very informative and a very good read.

Great Ending to the Series
Loved the final Series of Downton Abbey but very sorry to see it finally come to an end. Everyone finally found the happiness they wanted and deserved and the series had a terrific cast of characters. Well worth the time watching and a great buy. Looking forward to watching it over and over again.
