A dead-ringer for the original. The correct return spring was built-in, so that the shift selector positions locked into their proper positions just right. The only challenge was that the retaining screw counterbore wasn't quite deep enough to allow our original Allen-head retaining screw to engage, but that was easily overcome by using a slightly longer, Phillips-head retaining screw.
