  Item listed as brand new an unopened. When received, box had been opened and the 4 pump hoses were missing. I offered to buy them separately if the seller refunded me the cost price but they wouldn t do that. No option left but to return. I had told the seller that I needed the pump urgently but this was not of any interest to the seller. The whole experience took fays ro resolve. A terrible experience and not even an apology.
