Seems to help

OK- I don't nomally write reviews. But I suffer from the winter blues , and the the fake sunlight does seem to help. I know I have to fight the cat to get my chair back. They are usually smater than we are. Also, bulbs last much longer than a year, but technowise, the output falls off. jk
