Loud doorbell, easy to install.
This is a great doorbell. It's loud so you can hear it on multiple floors. It's too bad it's been discontinued by Heath Zenith, but luckily it can still be found on ebay.

This Apple MagSafe DuoCharger charges both the Apple Watch and iPhone at the same time. It folds in half for travel and the watch charger can stand up so your watch will go to landscape mode and can be an alarm clock on the nightstand while charging. It comes with the charging cord attached, but you will need to purchase the Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter, too.
