Arthritic support - alternative to increasing pain killers.
With so many changes to prescription pain killers today, making dependence on high dosage products 'over the counter' more likely..I wanted to try a way of reducing rather than increasing meds. This little 'gizmo' has worked wonders for me. My hands were my weakest link, both for grip and impact pain. From the lowest 10 kg setting, I can exercise both hands easily and in just the couple of weeks of daily use my grip has started to return noticeably..Mobility and movement have improved enough to make gentle fists without pain, which I have not been able to do for 5 yrs or more.. Personally, my confidence to help myself has returned. I can't ask for anything more than that. Great little gadget!

Erected solo in 45 mins..perfect!
Surprizingly easy to erect single-handed.
I chose to anchor mine with 8 ground spikes but a couple of securing straps would work just as well in the storms just lately.
Contents watertight and secure..10/10
