Don't buy this
0 of 1 found this helpful Could not get it to work - it is NOT plug & play. Requires several pieces of software - not just google assistant and google home. Also, won't work with a 5Mhz wifi, which might be the problem - had to go into my router settings & it still doesn't work.

Works with older chimes - hard to find these days.
This works with older Broan / Nutone remote wireless remote control chimes. Hard to find this item as Broan / Nutone no longer support these chimes. It works with both plug in chimes, and for those powered with three D batteries. It's powered by a 12 volt #23 battery, which looks like a short AAA size battery. Newer versions which are not compatible with the older chimes are powered by a flat disk battery, i.e. about the size & shape of a quarter.
