Strong Blender that Works Well : )
This is a good blender. We've made powdered sugar, waffles, and frozen drinks in it. It has to stay on the sink, because it is used every day. Great purchase...couldn't afford the new vitamix. Love the stainless steel pitcher.
I recommend "The Versatile Vitamix" by Rose A. Wride for detailed instructions and recipes.

Good Quality Drawer Runner
Seems well made and fits in the groove of our Danish Modern furniture. It was a little tight in the groove, but sanding can fix that easily. Be sure to check how much travel you want before you buy.

Good Stuff ~~~ Works Just Like the Research Explains.
Seems to boost immune system, mood, energy and noticed more beard growth. Definitely acts as an adaptogen fixing what your system needs. It has a sweet green taste similar to molasses...great in my morning coffee.
