Baby toy not a lamp
Cheaply made falls over all the time more like a toy for a little kid to play with not really a lamp!

small!
i have a 4 pound chihuahua that fits in it just fine. this thing would be to small for a cat even so unless you have a super small dog this will not work for you. she has a hard time with the steps they are to small. but she can still get up there.
