CRAPPY Headset

I have barely used this as the box states battery full charge is 40+ hours...this headset fully charged doesnt last 4 hours. I have callers complaining that it sounds like im in a cave etc, so to avoid getting fired for incompetent headset, I went back to my hard wired one.... wish I could get my money back!!
