Get this version of Woodstock, its worth it.
40th anniversary (2009) revised 3 disc director's-cut set. This is an extended version of the original film and includes Canned Heat, Hendricks and Joplin sets. Its a good version. The interviews with the director and producer add a lot to the understanding of the production. It even included interviews with Martin Scorsese, who worked on the original film. The extra discs contain more performer's footage, more interviews as well as information about the museum. If you get this for a low price, its worth it. 2019 has a new set of discs out, but for the value, this is a great version..

Reads like a movie!!
There are other books on Ploesti that are more informative, but this captures the drama of the raid. It reads like a Spielberg movie.
