better than the other stand alone steps
4 of 4 found this helpful This is my 3rd set of different type / brand of steps. By far the best I have came across yet. Well constructed , does not float up and made of a thicker more durable pvc. The only con I found was the screw holes for the hand rails were not pre-drilled and had to use screw to start hole. It does not say in directions that a mat is required for liner protection but I would highly recommend it. Fortunately I have one left over from a far less inferior built ladder I had previously purchased and trash with normal teen use. This ladder is a good buy . I am a working American citizen and enjoy getting good quality for my hard earned money...
