  My purchase of the LOWRANCE HDS 12 was a huge letdown. The package arrived poorly packed, damaging the product. Despite contacting the seller right away, I was accused of fraud. After back-and-forths, they promised a discount but never delivered. This entire experience was the worst. The careless packaging, damage, and unfulfilled promises make me distrust this seller completely. Such neglect and unprofessionalism shouldn't happen in customer-seller relations.
