Fixes problematic VR system connection

I bought an Oculus Rift S and it had problems connecting properly. My motherboard has USB 3.1 built in and I insisted that wasn't the problem. After weeks of troubleshooting, I bought this. Problem solved! If you have a VR system and it doesn't like to connect unless you unplug it and plug it back in, you probably need a PCIE USB card, AND THIS ONE WORKS.

Not quiet but not as loud as my smaller unit

I bought this after having breathing problems. It's a little small for the room, but it works well, as far as I can tell. Lowest setting is quiet. Medium+ will require a couple extra bars on the TV volume.
