Disappointed by the quality
1 of 1 found this helpful Very thin plastic, easily deformed, arrived egg-shaped and don't want to become round anymore. Bottoms are caved in.
Arrived full of plastic debris; apparently they drill the drain holes while the pots are stacked together and then leave all the drill debris inside the stacked pots. Floor was covered in hundreds of plastic strips and crumbs when I unpacked these pots.

Mostly good, but be prepared to do modifications
1 of 1 found this helpful Sediment filter and carbon filters are not symmetrical, and there is no label/indication as to which end is top or bottom. Original system used the same type carbon filter in both stages 2 and 3. This replacement filter pack has two very different looking carbon filters for stages 2 and 3, and they are not labelled to indicate which one goes to what stage. There were no diagrams or instructions of any kind included with this filter pack. If you have an early generation system like mine, the reverse osmosis filter and the chlorine filter may not work with your system unless you remove the standard compression fittings. This filter system uses the newer generation quick-connect fittings only. The chlorine filter also has no label indicating which end is "in" and which is "out". This filter system also doesn't come with silicone o-ring lubricant or system sanitizer liquid like many other replacement filter systems do. Finally, he ready to replace some of the other quick-connect fittings when you begin working on the filters. Once disturbed, existing quick-connect fittings like to start leaking.
