Lowered my inflammation
1 of 1 found this helpful I have an autoimmune disease that causes a lot of inflammation making me very stiff and painful. I began taking this and quickly felt better. I wondered if it was a "placebo effect", but recent bloodwork shows that my SED rate (A measure of inflammation in the body) has decreased 70% to well within normal levels. I highly recommend this product.
