Great product, great value, bad design.
I'm a metal fabricator by trade. In my breast pocket I carry a scribe, a pen, and a Sharpie marker and I use them all multiple times each day. I thought that the magnet would help me quickly discern between a ferrous or non ferrous material, or retrieve a screw or small metal part from a hard to reach area, as it turned out the magnet is too strong and I'd lose my scribe every time leaned over something made of steal. Great idea but it needs either a weaker magnet, or some sort cap to lessen the magnetism. Very well made product, good value, just didn't work for me.
