Good buy for the price
The only negative I have about this wallet is that the flaps with the ID windows are not removable, but otherwise I would buy it again.

Flicker in lower settings and brightness out of sequence
Unfortunately this LED technology is not fully compatible apparently with my older 3-way switch and the light flickers annoyingly and unacceptably at the two lower brightness levels. Also, it starts at the medium brightness level, goes back to the lowest setting, and then to the highest setting. Not usable as far as I'm concerned, but I will say the highest brightness level is easily as many lumens, if not more, than a comparable 100w incandescent bulb.

Great value, does the job
I use this light as a rear warning strobe on my mobility scooter. It does the job just as well as the many more expensive strobe lights.
