Learning about the Jewish faith from a humorous perspective...
While I am not Jewish (yet), my curiosity about the Jewish faith made me buy this book. The humor of the first few pages alone made the purchase worth it. While I have not had time to finish even half the book yet... you will be delighted with the book whether you are Jewish or not. For the money, it is a real treat.

Works great as long as you know how to maintain it.
I bought the smaller version of this tool, but it was too small to be effective for anything bigger than just small sticks, kindling size wood, etc. But the chain type tool (as long as you can sharpen the teeth periodically, just as you would a chain saw) is a very effective tool for limbs, small trees, etc. of a more robust size. This will never replace a chain saw, but there is no gasoline engine required either. In a survival situation, I hope the handles will stand up over time. No doubt it will work for a few uses, but the jury is still out on how well it can stand up to repeat usage and in a setting where time is of the essence and lives can depend on it. If you buy this, I recommend you also purchase a chain saw blade sharpening kit and practice using it. In a survival situation is not the time to try to learn how to do this effectively. If you do it wrong, you risk ruining the chain teeth.
