Not one Good King Henry seed sprouted.
I planted two separate plantings of these and not one seed sprouted. ): I live in Cali, kept the seedlings moist (other seeds I got from other places I planted at the same times, like spinach, beets, radishes, carrots, etc all sprouted.)

Shift your paradigm...
5 of 5 found this helpful This book is on my must-read list. I've purchased copies to share with friends and loved ones.
The concept is a little hokey as the author purports to speak directly with God and God speaks back and answers many of his questions on life and existence... and God. The surprising twist is how smoothly the messages translate... Some devout (and fearful!) worshippers may find it a bit heretical, but I know quite a few devout Christians of different denominations and also a Jewish man who found it very insightful and unexpectedly peaceful to read.
Personally I come from a more spiritual side of things and from that open-minded space this book is completely paradigm shifting... I read so many things that reverberated inside of me because I had always THOUGHT them but never expressed them. It is a three book series and I enjoyed all three and I felt the first one was the best.

Children's Book (for adults, too)
This is my favorite book (and I'm 30!). The author wrote the book for his son, and the illustrator is his wife, the Mother. The book is written in rhyme, with a wonderful beat, the moral of the story is to take care of the environment (with many wonderful other morals included) and the illustrations are breathtaking. Any child (and any person with the heart of one) will love this book. Well worth the hard time finding it (it's out of print).
