Awning de-Flapper
Saw these on someone else's camper and thought it was a good idea. They work great. I think they would save some wear and tear on your awning.

Dicor self leveling roof sealer
Works good. Easy to use and a tube of this stuff goes a long way. I did every seam on my 18' camper roof with 2 tubes. Would definitely buy again.
