Excellent Product for Price

High solids clear coat. Good flow and leveling. Cures quickly for color sanding and buffing to a mirror like finish. Supplied medium hardener/activator should not be used in hot humid weather. Request slow hardener for 75 to 85 F. Over 85 F it is best to wait for lower temp to spray. I've used several different brands of clear coat and in my opinion this is the best for the price. I'm old school and still spray with a conventional Sharpe 75 siphon feed gun with 45-50 psi at the gun and get a nice smooth finish. I have not gotten the best results using this clear coat with a gravity feed HVLP gun. Works and bonds well to acrylic enamel base coats making for a durable high gloss economy finish.

Bought one in 2013

Bought 12' 1.2mm Roze in 2013 for use in Gulf of Mexico and feeder rivers. Using 15 HP Mercury motor. Speed of 22 mph w/ one person, 19 mph with two. Gets on plane at 9 mph - my "cruse" speed on plane is 14 mph with 2 people (350lbs) plus gas and gear. Smaller first 8 hp motor was OK for little lakes and rivers - not OK for Gulf. Very tough, no delamination issues, no leaks, inflates with exhaust from small vacuum cleaner - top off with foot pump. Extremely stable even in rough water. Room for 2 people, dog, fishing gear, cooler and fuel tank with some left over for odd stuff. Previously owned other brand 10' that was too small/crowded. Assembled is very heavy so I use homemade trailer to launch. Solid Alum floor solid to stand on. Did not use OEM bench seats - went for pedestal seats - very glad I did. Only thing that has broken is slide valve plastic lift tab on one way drain valve. UV resistance has been excellent. IMHO excellent boat and value. Only downside is assembly time and weight with one person working boat - best to have a helper for assembly and loading. Friend has Zodiac from WM - mine is better at 1/2 the cost, his is delaminating in spots, leaks air and is fading from the sun - my Aquos is still like new.
