      Item description wasn't given, although photos were true to actual product, postage was reasonable and done in a timely manner, communication could have been better, no option for piping kit to be included (it was actually available but sold separately), all in all reasonable service and product, packaging for postage definitely could have been better, no padding or wrapping just loose.

      Bought this Tial wastegate from seller which was advertised for $165. Seller sent me a dodgey black unbranded one instead you can find these from other sellers for $50. Item sent is not what was described. Asked for refund and they said it will be organised which hasn't been. I suggest not buying from this store as there has been a number of issues from other purchases if you go through the feedback.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! Placed an order as it was a good price and in stock (apparently). 2 weeks go by and I contact the store to see where the order is. Turns out it is out of stock and ETA was 2 MONTHS! You could imagine my surprise considering it was listed as in stock. The store offered a refund, great I'll take it and go elsewhere. I requested the refund, 1 week passed & they REJECT IT! I had to get Ebay involved and wait another week, 4 week ordeal total. Honestly do not bother!
