Great toner for skin care
Purchased to use as facial toner. Sets PH at 5.5%. Removes oils before starting your skin care routine/makeup. Cooling sensation, helps also to firm up face. Helps to keep oiliness from appearing and stops the "shinny spots" from coming thru makeup. Works really well, but probably not great to use on really dry skin. Cucumber helps reduce puffiness around eyes too. Not harsh, as it also has some aloe Vera in it. A must have staple in your skin care line up!!

Really light fragrance and moisturizer
1 of 1 found this helpful Purchased because I have read so many positive reviews on this. It did not disappoint either! I love the light fragrance it has, not strong at all. Not greasy to use under makeup. Velvety soft skin after applying. Philosophy has a wide range of products to choose from and you can mix and match fragrances as they all smell well together. Also have skin care products, BB Cream, anti-aging products, Bath/shower/hair products. Hope to add to my collection! Highly recommend.

I purchased this mainly to help shrink bags under my eyes. Its light weight, can wear under makeup and do see some results! Will continue to use!
