Sooo worth the price.
This is huge compared to others I've seen in the market place, and at half the price.
I could actually fry a whole chicken, (cut into pieces of course) at one time. I didn't miss the extra oil at all, and the chicken was delish..

Seafood recipes you'll use.
I've been looking for recipes that I can use over and over to get more seafood into my diet. This book answered my need,it was exactly as described. Plenty of easy delicious recipes(I've used three already.) And plenty of accurate to the recipe pictures. I. bought other cook books with no luck. Very happy.
