Great buy!
The local Vitamin Shop gave me information that contradicted what my Dr said. I got this book from the library to do my own research. I was amazed! It is well laid out and easy to read. Each has its own chapter that shows where we get the vitamin/mineral from, where it’s stored or if it’s water soluble, what’s the hype (and if it’s true), etc. I returned it to the library and bought my own copy so I can reference it when I need to. I highly recommend this book.

Good
The recipes are good. I like that it has an “each serving provides” area for those that are watching fats, calories, sodium, etc. The downside is the print is small.

Great replacement
This was to replace the one that my dog chewed up. (TV is 15 years old!) I didn’t think I’d ever find one because the manufacturer doesn’t make this model any more. To my surprise, this was exactly like my old one but in BETTER condition!! It was here in less than a week!
