    Nikon 55-200mm f/4-5.6G VR II DX AF-S ED Lens for D7200 D5500 D5300 D3300 D3200

    A great value
I bought the 55-200 VR II to complement my Nikon kit AF-P 18-55 VR lens. It is well constructed, lightweight and of exceptional optical quality for its price. This is not a premium lens in construction. It has a plastic mount, and the rings are a bit stiffer and rougher than in lenses costing many times more. I like the way it fits in my camera's medium-size case along with the body and normal lens. The later, 70-300 AF-P lens for my camera was quite a bit larger and more expensive. But the 55-200 VR II is quite a bit smaller. I don't find its AF too slow, even in live view mode. I highly recommend this lens for its economy, light weight and high image quality.

Nikon D3400 HD Digital SLR Camera & 18-55mm VR DX AF-P Zoom Lens Black

Great value, wonderful images and performance
The D3400 is wonderful for my needs: family, vacations, photo hobby, occasional publication. It can be a simple way to connect photos instantly to social media, or a finely-tuned instrument for creating seriously good images. I do miss the automatic sensor cleaning feature that has been dropped. But the new AF-P (silent and faster focusing) lens is great, and the instant Bluetooth connectivity is super for sending (reduced resolution) images to my phone, while I'm shooting. I highly recommend this camera for anyone who just wants great quality photography in any light, fast and easy.

Nikon's most evolved advanced compact camera with a fixed zoom lens
I bought this camera as a smaller and lighter alternative to my former Nikon DSLRs. Its image quality is excellent, considering its relatively small sensor. Controls and menus are deep, yet it can also deliver excellent results in Auto, or Scene modes. It has just two drawbacks for me, in its very slow raw write times and shallow buffer. Having adapted my shooting style to the P7800, I'm now fully comfortable with it, and can highly recommend. There are faster compact cameras with better low light performance in this price range, but they require multiple lenses to compete with the P7800's 28-200 equivalent range.
