These HM Digital COM-80 meters are what you want, accurate, adjustable EC/PPM scales and F/C temperature readings. Measures temperature quickly unlike some designs. They last a long time.

Flora Nova is strong and General Hydroponics is Old School Famous
The handy 2.5 gallon size allows for a better price which allows to to share it with other gardeners.
This appears to be freshly produced, buffers pH well, works as an all-in-one fertilizer from the jug, just be sure to mix thoroughly before using and I'd keep it from freezing temperatures.
