A cinematic gem
John Houston's 1952 film poignantly chronicles the tragic life of French artist Henri Toulouse-Latrec, played by Jose Ferrer in one of his best roles. This flawless DVD restores the beauty of the original film, especially the color pallet of cinematographer Oswald Morris, which complements the colors seen in Toulouse-Latrec's work. This DVD will appeal to anyone interested in this artist's life and work, and in fin-de-siecle Paris.

All about "All About Eve"
I have been looking to replace my VHS copy of "All About Eve" with a DVD version for a
while. This DVD set was perfect for me because it not only has a pristine version of
the movie, but loads of extras about the director, the stars and the making of "All About Eve". It's a must for a collector like myself who can't get enough information about one of his favorite films. I recommend it highly.
