Nice detector
7 of 9 found this helpful I like this detector, but since I'm new at this I find it a little tricky to use properly. Garrett states that it'll take 100 hours to really start getting comfortable with it, and I believe it. I also find it starts to feel heavy after a while, so maybe it could be balanced better.
I haven't found much with it yet, so if you're new at this you may want to plan where you're going to use it in advance. I've used mine at some local parks, and I only wish bottle caps were valuable. Other than that I've found a few coins, but nothing really valuable.
The pointer will save you a lot of time once you dig a target. It's a must have.
